Before commissioning me, please make sure that you read through my Terms of Service below. I am not responsible for any misconceptions if you have not read through them first or asked questions beforehand. By commissioning me, you accept these terms.What You Can and Can Not Order♥ I will accept drawing: original characters, fanart, ships (depends), humans, anthro (general furry characters and sonic characters) and LGBTQ+ content.♥ I will not accept drawing: NSFW, hate art, fetish art, nudity, political topics, gore, mechs, exaggerated sizes of body parts and art styles not offered.General Information1. You are only purchasing from me a digital art product, not printed art (no shipping required.). You will receive the drawing in high resolution with my signature included.2. I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal if I am uncomfortable with it or if I feel I may not be able to fulfill the request. I also reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time if needed.3. Completed artwork will be sent via Google Drive link. The link will remain active for 72 hours (3 days).4. Not all commissions I do will be posted publicly. I may use the commissioned artwork for my website, prints (for conventions and my shop), or for my portfolio. I will not sell any artwork containing original characters without consent to do so. If the commission happens to contain an original character, I will privately discuss it with you first.5. If I decide to post the finished commission, I will only post a lower-quality version with the inclusion of a large watermark.6. I will accept doing smaller/manageable tweaks to the finished commission, but I will not make any drastic changes such as new backgrounds or poses (unless simple enough).7. I will privately supply a sketch of the commission before going into any final rendering steps. After the sketch is confirmed and approved by you, I will not be making any major changes afterward. You may not post or use this sketch in any way. It is only for confirmation between the two of us.8. I accept all payments for commissions via PayPal invoice. USD is accepted only.9. Payment must be upfront and in full! I will not start any work until I receive full payment.Usage, Ownership1. Do not edit my signature (watermark) out of the artwork.2. Commissioned work is for you (the client) only. Please do not send any higher-resolution/final drawings to anyone else. If you would like to share or show the commission with others, please feel free to share it by showing only the version of the commission that I have uploaded online to my socials!3. Do not re-upload the commission anywhere without asking and receiving permission first. Tumblr re-blogging is ok.4. Do not claim the artwork commissioned from me as your own or claim that you created it.5. Do not resell the artwork or make any profit from it. Do not use it for advertising without permission granted first.6. You are not allowed to put the commissioned artwork (sketch or finished) through any AI software (feed my artwork into AI). You are not allowed to turn my art into NFTS or use it for any crypto related things.Cancellation and RefundsI do not usually accept refunds. However, certain cases may apply, such as if I am the one who cancels your commission for whatever reason. You are then guaranteed a refund. Depending on the reasoning for the refund, the amount back may depend on how far into the commission I am/other factors.Additional Important Information♥ The prices shown for my commissions do not reflect my commercial or contracting work prices. If you would like to use commissioned work for commercial purposes, you will need to email or DM me with the details and we will discuss it further!♥ Commissions received may be used for personal use ONLY. Personal use means that the artwork I draw for you will not be used for making a profit of any kind on your end. It is only something that can be used only for personal enjoyment. This means you can not sell the artwork, use it for merch, promotion or anything else involving making a profit. I accept all payments for commissions via PayPal invoice. USD is accepted only. Payment must be upfront! I will not start the commission until full payment is completed. I will send an invoice via PayPal to you, which will look roughly like this:

This is so that I can send you the payment invoice.I may ask that you send me good-quality examples/references for what you want me to draw (character sheets and designs, certain backgrounds, etc). This mainly applies to original or fan characters. I will also ask for any other important information regarding the character(s) you want me to draw so that I can do my best to accurately represent them (personality, character background, etc.) Digital references are preferred. I will not accept downloading files or clicking links you send to me.
